My birthday just passed, and I really appreciate hearing from several of you with birthday wishes. Thank you! And yes I had a lovely day.

I haven't been around this year very much, and after 3 very active years in the fandom, mostly commenting on all the great fics around me, it's a big change. I miss writing, even though it wasn't much quantity or quality, it was something unique and creative in my life, and I loved it. I miss you all, too! My reasons for absence are twofold.

One, I'm busier than usual in real life with lots of work commitments, but also with a couple of challenging and fun activities in my spare time. That's a bit vague, and I'd like to share more than that, but TBH I have to stay anonymous on LJ, unfortunately.

Two, I admit to dabbling a bit, in what time I do have, in the Sherlock/John fandom. Harry and Draco will always be my OTP, but they are rather absorbing, and I need to read stuff that I can walk away from a bit more easily, and that doesn't make me stay up late, and want to read every single fic in the fests. I expect to be back to H/D at some point.

I miss you all and sometimes do poke my head in! Hope to talk to you all very soon.

It's short and sweet and if you have half as much fun reading it as I did writing it, you will have a blast. I really should write more, there is nothing like it. Did you ever do that thing where you re-read your own stuff over and over just to live in that world again? Kind of embarrassing. I think this might be the first time that happened to me - and over a little bitty fic that is not even my OTP.

Anyhoo, I hope all your dreams come true in 2014!

Epistolary with a porn twist!  Who can resist that? who_la_hoop submitted four prompts that made my jaw drop they were so good. Seriously go check them out - someone needs to write all four of them, preferably with Harry/Draco, but I will not turn up my nose if other selections are made.
